International Partnerships

SCE also has a dedicated International Partnerships Team to spearhead partnerships with Inter-Governmental Organisations (IGOs) and their developing member countries to provide a convenient single window access to Singapore expertise. These IGOs include the Asian Development Bank, Commonwealth Secretariat, United Nations Development Programme and World Bank Group.

The team also works very closely with local philanthropic organisations, such as the Temasek Foundation (TF), to bring together possible co-financing solutions in providing relevant advisory services and customised training programmes to support knowledge transfer and capacity development for the foreign governments in the developing countries.

The following non-exhaustive list gives an indication of the type of projects that SCE is working on or have completed to-date in partnerships with the IGOs and TF:-
